Contemporary artistic positions from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Schleswig-Holstein enter into a cross-border dialogue in the partner exhibition “DYADE”. In the exhibition, two artists, one from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and one from Schleswig-Holstein, meet in thirteen so-called dialogue rooms. In artistic dialogues, they enter into stimulating discourses on borders, demarcations, communication processes, resonances and balances through their works. An aesthetic dialogue of 26 artistic positions integrated into the frame of reference “beyond, boundless, within reach, exchange, partnership, balance, mutual, discourse, resonance and understanding”.
The exhibition is curated by the art historians Annekathrin Siems and Dörte Ahrens.
